wtb- cheap pda 8-16MB

Anyone recently upgraded your PDA and have an old one sitting around that you're not using. I could really use one, but don't have the dough to fork out for a new one. I want it to be able to:

1) Calendar events
2) Short lists
3) Upload books (hence the memory)
4) Possibly work on Word/Excel files but not necessary

Please let me what you have. I will be VERY grateful to find a good deal. Otherwise I'm to stick with the old pen/paper.
