I have this laptop for sale it was upgraded to win 98 (prior to her getting it, upgrade cd not inc) it has the power cord, diskdrive, cdrom, original book, resore disk from a 500 series not the 420d. 33.6 pcmcia modem with cord, good color in screen and bright. great buget laptop and internet ready

the battery holds some charge.
