Help finding a Troll

I would like some help and guidance to find a troll that ripped off a fellow firefighter in my station.

He bought (2) Audiovox DVD-consoles on ebay through Paypal.
He did use a cc luckily. The seller is safety02gal from Gilbert, AZ.

The seller has a negative feedback rating of (-2) now and not a registered user anymore. He bought when she had (0) feedback.

*Not trying to piss anyone, but your friend should have known better than to buy something from a person with 0 feedback. Also, did he do a charge back from his CC company?

I'm confused about how this can still happen. You have to have a credit card on file with eBay, so why can't eBay or the credit card company find out this person's address and contact info?

and thats a god awful amount of money to be sending to someone with no references. im leary if its more than $60

Seriously e-bay should do something about this

Firstly, I think its just plain dumb to do this. Paypal is not a good way to transfer money. They accept no responsibility.

he ought to be able to get the money back from the CC company. They are pretty good at this.

Other than that as an individual its difficult to track an ebay scam.
