WTB: older ATX system pieces, mobo/cpu/hsf/etc

I am looking for a mobo/cpu/hsf and preferably RAM included combo. I definately want the mobo/cpu/hsf all together. Must be:

-At least 200MHz P2 or K6, no more than about 700MHz P3 or Athlon
-At least able to support 128MB SDRAM modules, prefer 3 DIMM slots, not interested in other types of RAM slots at all
-Must be ATX style, w/2 USB, 2 PS/2

-Preferably brand name mobo (ASUS, ABIT, EPOX, etc etc)
-Preferably with AGP slot, but its ok to be without

-NO SC's, VID CARDS, ETC ARE NEEDED, THANK YOU

Anyone got something like this? Great, grand, wondeful!!!

The max price I am looking to pay is $50 shipped, depending on the board, the brand, the features, if the RAM is there or not, etc. I am super interested, so if you have pics and specs I would LOVE THEM!

I have an Atrend ATC 6120 with a P2 300. It has 2 USB, 2 PS2, and AGP. I'll fire it up tomorrow to make sure it works.

I have an Abit BX6 ver. 2 mobo with a 366 Slot 1 Celeron. The onboard battery clip is broken however so it doesn't keep time and date.
