Im looking for a cheap PCI video card that has TV out.. S-video, composite, something.

I guess it could also be ISA
but i have to check the mobo...

I don't know what price you're looking for when you mean cheap, but I would suggest an ATI Radeon 7000 32MB DDR. NewEgg has it for $44 with free shipping. .

i have a cheap pci video card on my thread it has what you need i think . it has a link also from manufacturer it is an ATI card
