WTB - Athlon XP 2100+ Palomino

I did a search and found another thread where someone else was looking for the same thing. It's here: http://www.resellerratings.com/forum...light=palomino (WTB: Athlon XP 2100+)

There is one retailer referred to in that thread (at the bottom), who says they have Athlon XP 2100+ Palomino processors in stock, but a call to them revealed that is not the case.

So, I'm wondering if anyone here has a used or new processor to sell. My mobo will not accept the thouroughbred core, so I need the Palomino, which was made with the .18 micron technology.

I have an Athlon XP 1700+ Palomino that I will have to sell after I get the new one, if anyone is interested in buying it.

if your mobo wont accept the Tbred core perhaps a BIOS flash will fix this for you, but make sure you read instructions carefully before you do this if you havent done a BIOS flash before.

If there is a flash that will fix this for you I fully recomend the TBred core over the Palomino it runs way cooler and the overclocking benefits are amazing if you were to pick up a AIUHB
