WTB: MOBO and CPU

I need to buy\trade a new MOBO anf CPU beacause my system does nothing now , all it does it start and the screen stays black and i dont even get a beep anymore , so i need a mobo - cpu ( xp1700 or better) and maybe some ram . any offer welcome

I got an Abit KG7 and XP1600+ AGOIA for $72. That doesn't include s&h. The motherboard and cpu have been used for a couple of months, but they still work perfectly. The only thing missing is the extra usb bracket that came with the motherboard. LMK if you're interested.
