Help with TROLL Phenozine!

Hey everyone, I need some serious help with Phenozine.

I have been dealing with Phenozine from techimo.com since the middle of January 2003.
This is what happened:

I sold him an Asus CUSL-2 board for $50. I shipped first knowing that I had a successful trade with him before and he received it about a week later.
Ever since then I've been getting the runaround from him. At first he claimed that the board didn't work, but I was for certain that it did because I fully tested it before shipping & there wasn't any damages from shipping.
Anyhow he's been telling me that he will pay once he gets his paycheck but everytime I email him he says he has other important expenses to take care of.
My expectation is to get fully paid, and hope that you guys can convince him to follow through on a long and arduous transaction.

why does he just not pay the 50 bucks? Its not that much, plus, thats just a crappy thing to do. I mean you should be able to trust other computer techies

Radon, its not just that, there are many trolls out there that don't want to pay and they will do anything to scam people.

Phenozine, has been a known bad trader for a while now. lots of them out there, Under the Buyers forums thier is a listing of Bad Traders List that Socalgal keeps updated as new trolls are found and also updates on old known trolls with new aliases.

Might seem simple to me and you to just pay up but many out there just don't want to pay up.

Well one day someone will do the same thing to him!! Guys like him put people down in selling there stuff with confidence. This really does suck. I have alot of stuff to sell but still waiting until I get time to do so. And besides I have never and will never ever do a thing like that Ive been purchasing stuff from ebay for awhile and have no negative feedbacks. You should contact SOcal she can probably help yah.

BTW< Earl SHOULD BE BANNED...... I mean he was banned already for a bad deal with me and him. He kinda gets moody if you call the mods on him
