F/T HP 511W tower for Laptop

Hello,
I have a HP Pavilion 511W tower with ATI Radeon 7500 video card under a year old. I built a new tower and my son wanted the new one instead of the HP. You can get the specs. at HP's website. I would like to swap it for a Laptop, if anyone's interested please let me know.

Has XP home and the software bundle that came with it.
It has been restored to new factory setting's with just the driver's installed for 7500 video card.
