Okay here's my story I just graduated and my family bought me 2 drives, this one and a smaller one (80GB). I kept the 80GB and took the *bonus* ATA/133 card out of this box b/c I have an old, slow motherboard. I NEVER TOUCHED THE DRIVE and I only opened the box today! I can't return it now that it's opened.

My family paid $245 for it from Newegg. It's about as good a drive as money can buy, but I just don't need this much capacity.
