building a pc and need parts ROM FREE!!!!

Im lookin for parts to build another comp. Im starting out with a HP pavilion case so i need:

ATX micro (possably standard depending on size) power supply one that can handle at least a 1.8gig processor

ATX micro motherboard that can take atleast a 1.0gig processor

Processor atleast a 1.0gig

32mb or bigger video car

Good sound card

surround sound set up

2 blue LEDs
