Its legal if you own the original game been doing it for a long time and its ok by law only IF you own the original game and if you dont you can use it as a demo for only 24hrs before you have to destroy it.

thats not up to me, once they have it i have no control what they do with it, but if you want to put up a fuss about them ill pull them off
