well, im sorry to hear that... all of my deals are done outside of ebay and I have just heard about these outside referances just last week.

I was not aware that ATI made a non-pro version of the 9700, but rather those were made by third party vendors like sapphire. I think if you had some photos posted (actual shots of your board), not company shots off the web, then you would get a lot more positive response.
