I didn't know you could sell stuff here.

I am using Me at home, a failed o/s to be sure.
I have an xp pro I got for free from Microsoft for taking a few tests.
I will give the copy w/ key tapped right on it to anyone w/ a copy of 2000.
Please, I need to downgrade. I have a 850 mhz PC, xp is a ram hog, I think it best to downgrade thus upgrade from ME. I will pay the shipping if it not too much.
Any takers??

You've been here a couple of months...but since you found this forum, let me say...Welcome to TechIMO!

Anyways, your copy of XP should be retail only. No oem's, academics, or "not for retail or OEM distribution" copies, since they could be in possible or definite violation of the EULA (End User License Agreement). Also, if it is retail, your copy of XP should have the EULA included as well.

I don't mean to sound like a Microsoft fan club member of the month; just saving Socalgal or anyone else some time.
