I got a 256Mb stick of XMS3200C2 for a little cheaper on GoogleGear and they were extremely fast. Corsair XMS DDR is quality stuff, too. I got mine to 420 Mhz DDR w/ 4-2-2-2 timings without issue.

Please delete dead threads
Siren, When a thread you have posted for buying or selling is dead. (i.e. you have found what you were looking for or sold what you were selling), it would be helpful to others in the forum if you delete the thread, so that it does not continue to invite people to post inquiries (such as Spartan, above), which "bumps" it up to the top of the forum list and moves current 'active' threads down. |

We don't delete threads unless there's a good reason, such as spam, for example. Also, in the case of threads in this forum, I think it's best that they are not edited as it serves as a record or reference.
The best netiquette is for one to come back to update one's own thread and update the status, so others don't needlessly reply.

Good netiquette

The best netiquette is for one to come back to update one's own thread and update the status, so others don't needlessly reply. | I had actually considered that ("serves as a record" of sell/trade communications), it makes good sense. I suppose (eventually) that when everyone in the forum has opened this thread and sees that it has been updated as completed, that it will eventually move down and off the list when no one else replies to it (correct?). So I suppose that the person who originally posted a thread should edit it to say clearly in BOLD font that they found what they were looking for or sold/traded whatever was being offered (not just post a reply to inquiries, as it appears in this thread, that they found what they were looking for) . |
