How much is this worth? Need opinions! :-)

Ok here's the deal...my brother and myself have been talking for a while now about upgrading our systems and I've finally decided on somethings. His gf had a *REALLY* good idea though...her son is going to be a part of this upgrade as well (he's 7).

Anyways...she suggested that her son get part of my current system in exchange for my brother paying for part of the system that I want to buy. It's a heck of a deal, her son's system would get a kick in the butt...and my new system would suddenly get cheaper!

Here's what her son would be getting from me:

Asus K7V-KX133
Athlon 750mhz
256mb of PC133
GeForce2 GTS 32mb
SB Live! X-Gamer (not 5.1)
Computer Case (it's a monster, 6 5.24 slots, 3 3.5 slots, tons of room, 350w powersupply)

Question is...how much is all this worth? It's *QUITE* used. Had this system for a couple years now and it's been through "heck" and back. And...it's my brother. So I'm not gonna try to stick it to him. I was thinking somewhere around $150? <shrug>

I don't know...what do you guys think?

hmmm, no hard disk?

the big case might work against you...most people don't need or even want something that big. if you can put in a 8gb hard disk, the price you quoted is not bad.

Everything else...they already have. Hard drive, monitor, keyboard, etc...

The case they have right now...I'm not sure what the deal is, but my bro asked if I could throw in my case to replace the one they have. So I said sure...I wouldn't mind having a new one. So the size of the case isn't really that big of a deal.

*edit* Btw...here's what I'm thinking of getting:

That's pretty nice Gouki:
The only changes I would make would be to go for the Asus A7N
model mobo w/ the NForce2 chipset, and if you can squeeze a few more dollars out of your budget, opt for a case w/no PSU, and get a good 350 watt Enermax or Antec. PSU alone will run you $50 or so, but I think it would be a worthwhile investment.
JMO. Good luck.

Mainly going after the A7V333 after checking out this site...

http://www.motherboards.org/rank/AMD...oard-rank.html

It's got a rank of 94!

So bill, what do you think about my current system? Is $150 an ok price? Too much? Not enough?

Gouki,
Selling anything to a family member should be approached with caution.
Bad feelings can arise which are never forgotten.
I would cheapen the price to $100, and guarantee it for 10 days.
Make sure that they understand that you are not perpetual tech support.
Explain that it is worth more, but if a device fails, the $ difference will cover it.
