I Want A Presario Laptop Screen!!!

My laptop screen is broken so I need a replacement. My laptop is a 1277 presario.

Laptop screens are very expensive replacements. i would call up compaq and see how much they are to replace. Is the laptop still under warranty?

I have a compaq pressario 1825 screen in perfect shape. is that compatible? It's 15.1"

they are like $500 to replace. dang it what do I do?

Well, there's always eBay. I had good success with replacing my friend's Presario screen using eBay. I'm pretty sure his was a 1270.

But my #1 suggestion is try www.laptop-resource.com. The guy's name is Hank, and he's got a pretty good selection of new and used Laptop LCDs, and they're reasonably priced as well. I got a new replacement there for an HP laptop - HP wanted $550 for a refurbished screen, plus trade in the old one. I got a new one here for just $200.
