I'm including a clean installation of Win98SE, no software package though.

Is that 64MB of memory one or two modules? Are there any dead pixels in the screen?

To be honest, I don't know. I'm relatively certain it is two modules since they had 32mb stock and 32mb modules were relatively cheap. But I know they made 64mb upgrade modules as well.. and it came w/ the ram upgrade when I got it. And there are no dead pixels, the lcd looks perfect.

The Armada 7770DMT came with 16MB soldered on the system board, as well as a 16MB upgrade in the first of the 2 memory expansion slots. That means that this system has a 32MB upgrade in the second expansion slot for a total of 64MB.

The system is upgradable to 144MB if you remove the memory in the two slots and add 2 64MB upgrades (Compaq part# 277706-003).

What a screwed up way for them to distribute the memory... Thanks for filling everybody in on that!
