I just got done reading that and it definatly looks like a product i would NOT buy.

RadioShack gave a jillion of em away---it was actually pretty cool, anything that was barcoded would give up info if the manufacturer included it and take you to their website for more info, you could scan a can of peas and it would give you recipe/nutrition info etc---alot of catalogs carried scannable Cuecat symbols giving more info about a product---a good idea that didnt catch on due to the fact that the software install contained a HEFTY dose of spyware...

They gave me a few of them for free, I still have one, but I ripped off the cord and have it sitting on my desktop somewhere.
It's for there catalog of products, it scans it and check current price from your home computer L2L.
It's very useless IMO.
