WTB-Dell 4550 Barebones

Any of you guys that bought one of the Dell 4550s use the parts for an upgrade? If so, I wouldn't mind having the left over parts for a similar cheap price as what they cost us to begin with.

All I really want is the case, with power supply, heatsink, and motherboard. Don't really need any of the peripherals. Hopefully, you were able to use all of them in a better way.

Anyways, if anyone has one of these they'd let go at a good price, please let me know and we'll try to work something out.

BTW, only looking for the 845EP model that supports the 533mhz processors and the PC2700 ram.

If someone's considering an upgrade of one of these, let me know and we might be able to work something out on the schematics where you aren't without a system while waiting on parts. I like mine, but I see an awful lot of folks complaining about these systems and their lack of much in the way of configuration options. If you're one of those people, here's you chance to break away from Dell and have the system you wanted in the first place.

Let's bring this back up for a bit. Still looking. Weird deal here, had a couple of folks at AT forums e-mail me with offers, but no response when I asked for a price. Guess they changed their minds, huh? Anyway, we'll try this again for another round.
