Kids Wanted 286 mobo/proc/mem Vid

I'd like to buy a WORKING 286-12 system, I don't really need anymore cases or powersupplies. I would be thrilled to get a Northgate system of anytype if anybody has one.

My stepfather had an old 12 mhz 2x86 Sanyo computer with the green screen and all, the case was made out of brushed stainless steel, dual 5 1/4" floppy drives, let me give him a yell and see if he threw it away when they moved...

No thanks PyroSama, 486's don't run winxp pro, I need the extra computing power for a 3d modeling cad program...

(ha ha) I might be interested later but I want to get something old first. hhmmm
I want them for my collection to show my frinds what I used to use back in the good old days, and how DOS was WAY FASTER!
I'm an old DOS guru

i was clearing out my garage thanksgiving weekend and came across the first pc that i bought...an AST Research 286 running at a smokin' speed of 8mhz! that case was built like a tank...a real beauty

i'd luv to get that running again, but i cannibalized the video card and hd, years ago...

Well near as I can tell it is a intel 386sx-16 chip. It has IBMdos5 loaded and appears to be from 1991. It also has Win3.1 loaded on it. It is a Ps2 8555 system(takes a ps2 mouse and keyboard, has 4 meg of memory a 60meg H/D, and a 1.44 floppy forgot it has a Unisys 14 inch colored display monitor model sv-1 or something
