Bloomstrom, Jeff aka mile_high, lives in Helena, MT. Looks as though several have been ripped off by him. There has been zero communication from him for over a month and since Christmas for some even after repeated emails and messages left on his answering machine. *Now several more have said he also owes them items and has not communicated with them. see here:
