Even with rebates my prices are lower than Staples/OD/OM. My partners and I buy in large quantities to get a better deal.

Maxtor 40GB/7200/Ultra ATA133, 3 year warranty, sealed box. Doesn't say model # on the box. Gives a shipping date as 11/20/02 so its the latest stock.
