What exactly is an 'AMC cable'? Do you have the model # of that tuner card or a link to specs?

You like the snow today? Or didn't it snow down there? (I'm about 40 miles north of you, given that you go to Kettering.)

AMC = ATi Multimedia Channel

The ATI Multimedia Channel (AMC) is an expansion bus which allows external devices to be attached directly to an ATI graphics controller.

Hey Ruler, I believe this is the link to the TV Tuner I have. I can get the exact model number for you when I get home tonight. I don't know why ATI used a proprietary interface like that. Guess it seemed like a good idea at the time.

We didn't get any snow today. How bad is it where you're at?

Thanks lowrider. I wish I could use it, but don't have the cable or an ATI video card to hook it up to.

We got enough to say it snowed. A buddy of mine up north got 6 inches, but it's all melted already. (Too bad it doesn't do that all winter! )
