I have a 300A Celeron for sale(or trade) on my FS page which is known to be able to overclock close to the range your looking for. Probably wouldn't work for you situation, but if your interested send me a PM. I also have a couple secc 1 HSF if interested.

Raven, if you don't find one, I have a PIII Slocket (generic) and a Coolermaster DP5-5F11 HSF (both new). You may be able to find a PIII socketed CPU that would fill your needs. Asking price $15.00us + shipping.

EDIT: took me a while to find it (Directron no longer carries it cause they are sold out) but, HERE is linkage on the CPU adapter I was refering to.

You specified certain specs for the P3... I am not sure if that is for cost or a specific purpose. If for specific purpose, disregard this post . CompGeeks has a Slot1 P3 1.0 for $84.
