I need to add a new case fan to my system, so does anyone know where I could get a good (prefferably under 30db. noise) one for under $5 shipped.

You could check out Computer Surplus Outlet. The have a Case fan 3 x 3 in. for $3.99. I believe that's also known as an 80mm fan, but the shipping would kill you. You could wait for them to give out another free deal that would make it worth it like the TNT nvidia 16mb agp video card they gave away not too long ago...
