WTB/WTTF: Laptop w/ DVD (nothing high class)

I'm looking for a basic laptop to watch DVDs and do MS-Office work on.

Basic specs I'd look for:

PII 333 or better
128MB RAM or better
Screen size 12" or better NO DEAD PIXELS
4GB+ HDD
DVD&Floppy
powercords and batteries

Carrying case, networking, other goodies not necessary but a plus if price is right

Would like 2 hours on battery operation to watch a DVD on a car trip.....

I would prefer if I could trade some stuff plus cash (USPS MO) for the laptop; therefore offers accepting partial trades will be preferred.

nope, I'm not willing to part the computer out, nor am I willing to sell it, only willing to trade it towards a laptop.

A friend of mine has some IBM PIIs for sell pretty cheap. I was going to go buy one next week and will find out all the specs then. They probably match your specs but no DVD (have CD and floppy). I'll give him a link to this post to see if he's interested.
