I need to get one of those video card that you can hook it up to TV so I can watch movies and do other stuff!

Leadtek A250 Ultra GeForce4 Ti4600. Down to $235, supports S-Video out, has 128MB of DDR RAM clocked at 650MHz, and is a mean card altogether:

I break 300 FPS in Quake III with everything turned up in 1024x768. An get around 80FPS in Unreal Tournament 2003.
