Where to buy premoded Athlon XPs?

I messed up my t-bird, now it will only run at 750Mhz (stupid penicl and fingernail polish.. wait will denatured alchol take that stuff off?) any ways, I was wondering if any one knows were to buy Athlon XPs that are pre modded and tested? (cant go over XP2000 cause my KG7 dont support it, accoring to the KG7 FAQ at viahardware.com)

Thanks for any help. (I'd be willing to sell my current athlon for like 30 bucks or so.. it is an Axia model and I have ran it at 1.4 sucessfully before (pencil just keeps wearing off) I've also had it run on a 180 FSB for about 45 minutes. So it is a cappable OCer.)

Modding the xp's isn't as easy as the older models. Not worthwhile imo. However, you can raise the fsb as much as your system gives.

I ran my xp at 1734MHz (xp1800+, stock 1533) with ease, and prolly could push it even further.

If you need to have the multiplier lock disabled, you could look into MP processors. They aren't locked in anyway (that's why they cost more).

The kit costs smt like ~10$ if I remember correctly. There was some fillment for the gaps and something to connect the bridges afterwards.

With the cost of an XP 2000 running about a $100.00, why would you want to pay someone extra so that they could overclock a lesser chip when the price difference will be insignificant?

won't nail polish remover remove nail polish? (acetone)
then a little rubbing alcohol to remove residue.
Your best bang for buck is an XP 1600+, around $55 + unlock kit ($15) you can easily OC to 1900+ speeds.
