FS: New in sealed box, US Robotics external modem model 5686D

I received this in compensation for a computer I built for a friend. He no longer needed it with the new computer.

I can't seem to find any info on that modem. The only one I can find is the 5686E model. I'm somewhat interested, but would like some more info on it.

Like you I couldn't find anything conclusive about the 5686D on US Robotics page but I did find the link below that seems to feature some information on that particular model.
