This is a card you plug in your PCI slot. Plug in a TV antenna cable and you can watch TV on your screen, either in a small part of the monitor or full size.

Have anything more detailed on this? I checked and google got me the aitech.com page, but all I could find there was a news release from 98; no system requirements or specs on the card.
