Abusayaff, from Naga City, Philippines ( onlyone@philwebinc.com ).

Created a false Heatware account and duped a trader into shipping first.

Fake Heatware

Always check the references and ask if a deal has been done with the persons referenced.

If the person sends or lists a link directly to their name with the references, that's fine - ask those people on his list if and when you can find them. BUT, it's always a good idea to go to Heat LIST and enter the user's name in the SEARCH to check for other cross-references on Sub-Search.

In this case, Abusayaff has 20 positives on his Heat, but a cross-reference shows NO sub-search results - a red flag for sure.

Note that the number ratio may not always match. Some ppl might forget, or not post an eval, for whatever reason. But a ratio of 20:0 is definitely a warning sign.
