Initially he was screwing over another with the typical excuses for months then ignoring him. He was emailed then he amazingly he shows up. Makes promises on 11/3, fails to stick to them and since ignores the one he owes yet again.

Username at PCA and at ATs is: Matt Riker
Last logged on 11/3, coincidentally is his last communication.

However, he already had another name at AT: Xaximus
