He owes shipping charges of $32.15 on a free computer (old Tandy) that a member shipped to him. After receiving the computer on April 10th, he never made payment and has not replied to my emails nor to the person he owes.

This one was supposed to ship a mobo back in February, said he shipped it - twice -but was returned - twice - due to incorrect address.

After pressure from us TrollHunters, he shipped out the board around May 02, before receiving correct address verification, and the person received the board. Poor communicator. So, beware of this one:
