Townhouse info:
Longshot I know....but I Thought I'd see if anyone knew of anyone in the area.
Here are some specs--
Since my roommate and I are both looking to move up north, we will be selling our beautiful townhouse in Blaine. It's located 2 blocks off HWY 65, about 3 miles from HWY 10 and about 5 miles from HWY 610. It's also about a 5 mile drive to gain access to 35W.
*We are willing to move out ASAP, or wait until June 1st...and any time in between for your convenience!
Some of the positives of the unit are the laminate hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, 3 bathrooms (2 showers), and a spacious loft for a home office, workout area, or simply another living room to relax (11x12).
Another plus is our heating bill has been extremely low this year (it really keeps the heat in)!
