This Microsoft Licensed Operating System is new, unused, never installed.
I am a Microsoft Registered and Licensed System Builder, but am currently not building computer systems.

Used/previously installed and/or registered Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and their respective licenses cannot be sold or transferred under the EULA [end-user license agreement]. Because this is new in original package with the OEM Certificate of Authenticity decal still unused in packaging,- it can be lawfully transfered to another Microsoft Licensed System Builder for the exclusive purpose of being installed in a new build computer system- at which point Microsoft requires that the System Builder affix the Certificate of Authenticity decal to the new computer build- making that System Builder the responsible OEM [original equipment manufacturer].

I can verify my Microsoft Licensed Registered System Builder account number, but will not require anyone who purchases or trades for this product to verify that they are a licensed system builder, prior to completing the sal
or trade,- as anyone who is a Microsoft Licensed Registered System Builder will have or have access to the Microsoft OPK installer packet required to properly install OEM Windows Vista Operating Systems.

I apolgize for the lengthy preceeding disclosure, which was necessary, as although I am not currently building computer systems,- I will be maintaining an active Licensed Registered System Builder Account and its associated obligation with Microsoft.

My original purchase price for the operating system/operating system license was $129,- and I am offering this for the significant more than 50% discount sale price of $60 with free USPS shipping, including Delivery Confirmation.
