I bought it on Feb,12 and it has a warranty till 24/12/2008. I am selling it because I realize that I really do not need this type of portability (the laptop has never left my room). The 8400gs is great for the laptop size, it can play most games at medium setting with a playable FPS. No overheating or noise issues here either.
