Thinking Of Selling Sony VAIO VGN-A250

Hey guys i have a Sony VAIO VGN-A250 bought a awhile back and now loooking to get a MAC.

Computer is in perfect working order, except when you press button to open cd tray it doesn't open, cd/dvd drive works perfectly fine though. It does open you just need to stick paperclip in the little hole.

I wanted to throw this on here cause i wanted to get an idea of what i can get for this notebook. I would like to get at least $1100. Let me know your thoughts:

well i'm not firm on my price i'm just trying to feel it out as to what i can get for it or if would just be easier to keep it and buy another one. it's crazy how they lose value so quick. i think when i bought it afew years ago i paid around $2K and now not even close to that. so being as it's a SONY doesn't make a **** of a diffrence as long as others can buy a comparable machine for less ?

anyways thanks for the input guys appreciate it

yeah thats just the way it goes. It isnt really worth it to buy the top end hardware unless you can really afford it as newer and newer stuff keeps coming out. You could spend 2k today or buy a 1k notebook and in 2 years sell the last one and buy another 1k notebook thats better than the 2k one would have been.
