not real sure.. but you can also look for an Athlon XP 2500 Barton core.. those can easily be overclocked by the FSB from 333 to 400 to give you an Athlon XP3200 @ 2.2ghz

I have a 2800+ and a 2600+ in my stash in the garage, too lazy to put on Ebay.

Took the whole computer in trade, and parted them out due to flaky motherboards.

I have very old heatware under DallasDon, Ebay accout chipwise, also not that active.

You can have either one, with oversized heatsink, for $20 shipped to continental US.

Shoot me a PM if interested, off next two days.

Dallas Don, I might have a need for one of those chips you have but I don't need the heatsink.

If you will sell just the chip shoot me a PM please.

Bump for you wizzer, didn't mean to high jack your thread, sorry.

There are actually a number of places that still sell the processor:
http://www.spartantech.com/product.a...0400OEM&m1=gog

No links to eBay acutions. EvilRick

http://www.memorytek.com/product_inf...roducts_id=550

However many places get quite unreasonable with this supply and demand nonsense for outdated technology. It would seem better just to upgrade for as little or more if you do it right for those prices. However ebay or here hopefully might be more helpful.
