FS-Halo2 for PC-Brand New

OK, I guess I'm an idiot. I finally upgraded my laptop to Vista and upgraded my RAM to 2 gig. Cool, now I can finally buy Halo2 and play it. I was careful, checked system specs and requirements. My laptop meets or exceeds ALL system requirements except for one, my CPU. Halo2 says it would like to see 2GHz but my AMD Turion at 1.8GHz should run it fine. Everything else is above spec. Come to find out, Halo2 also wants a Vista performance rating of 5 and will barely run on 3. Of course there's no way to know this until it's installed. All of my hardware rates in the high 3's to low/mid 4's except one, the desktop performance for Vista Aero which rates at 2.4. Since your rating is based on the lowest score, Halo2 runs like crap. On top of that, I can't even use my Saitek controller. I have to use the keyboard or an XBOX360 controller for Windows. I hate using keyboard. I can't even use the SST software for my Saitek to emulate the keyboard functions cuz when I plug the controller in it thinks it's the XBOX360 controller but all the buttons and stick movements are wigged out.

Anyway...........It's brand spankin new. It HAS NOT been activated. I never activate anything related to M$ and/or has a product key until I make sure it works. It comes with the free one month LIVE gold trial. Haven't done anything with that, either. Something was just telling me not to activate or register anything until I tried it. I've only had the disc out once to install it which I promptly uninstalled as soon as I realized it wouldn't work.

Everyone knows it sells for $50 in the store. I'll sell it for $40 and cover the shipping. So basically you get the $50 Halo2PC game for $40 and I eat the $10 plus whatever it costs me to mail it to you. My loss, your gain. I know it's not much of a savings but what the hell, it's brand new, saves you the gas to drive to the store and I'm out about $15. Just an unfortunate circumstance that works to your advantage. I'm getting an XBOX360 next tax return season anyway and I'll get Halo2 and Halo3 both at that time for the console.
