I have a brand NEW 19" Viewsonic Optiquest LCD Display Monitor. It is the Q9b (Black) model. I received this for my birthday, but bought a laptop so I could not use it. It has only been opened by my parents to check the condition when it arrived. It has never been used and includes everything in the original box.
