This is an Acer Aspire, I flashed bios so it's completely overclockable. It easily hits 2.4 ghz. Windows is legal. The case is like new. As mentioned I added a Pci-e x800, a gig of XMS ram and the bigger PSU. I'll do a fresh install and have it shipped out next business day if paid by paypal.
