This PSP has everything you need. It is firmware v 2.7 but comes with GTA:LCS and pre loaded with the following:

SNES9x (Super Nintendo emulator)
NESterJ (Nintendo emulator)
MAMEforAll (M.A.M.E. emulator)
BOR (fighting game like Final Fight)

Along with GTA, I also have these UMD games:

Need for Speed: Rivals
Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vamillion
Hot Shots Golf: Fore
Gretzky NHL

There are also 3 pro duo cards (2-32Mb, and a 1Gb)

Original box, manuals, headphones, and a "Madcatz" car adapter all included.
