WTB: Socket 939 Motherboard ( agp )
I am in desperate need of a working 939 motherboard. It must have the following

4 x Sata ( preferably Sata 2 )

1 x AGP

At least 3 pci slots

Gigabyte Lan would be nice also but beggers cant be choosy.

I've got a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum that I'm not using and would be willing to sell. It meets all your requirements (except SATA 2). Here is the product link...
