Socket A XP 3200+

I'm trying to find an AMD socket A 3200+ processor. If any body has one to sell or knows where I can find one without taking it in the shorts would you please let me know? I need one with a 400 Mz FSB.

you can always look for a 2500 (Barton core) Athlon XP and overclock it to a 200 FSB, it will run identical to a Athlon XP 3200 2.2ghz ..

the 2500 (barton) cores are great overclockers.. the run stock at 166FSB but you can easily run the FSB at 200 and achieve 2.2 ghz without any modifications..

I am currently running a 2500 at 200FSB 2.2 ghz .. no problems... it also reads as a Athlon XP 3200

^ IF you have the right Motherboard.
I have an ASUS A7V8X and a Barton 2500+it will not do 200mhz on the front side bus, it will come close and read as a 3200+ in the Bios BUT the speed is a tad lower. If your board sets the pci multiplier seperate from the cpu you should be fine. My problem is that the pci speed gets too high.
Dang VIA chipset screws me. Nforce chipsets will work fine.
