This PC has a full top notch watercooling system in it. The parts cost about $330 plus some for extra tubing and hose clamps.
It uses a peltier cooler on the 7900gt to keep temps LOW. I idle at about 20c overclocked to 607/877 without a voltmod. It has a DangerDen TDX waterblock on the opteron 170.
It has a Stealth GTS 240 Black Ice radiator with 2 controllable 120mm blue led thermaltake fans mounted on top which is mounted on the bottom of the case. The fans cost me about $30 bucks. (Not pictured)
Here is a picture of the case without the powersupply in it but with the watercooling hooked up.
With the CPU overclocked to 2.6ghz and tightened timings it can scores 10379.
Asking $1300. Configuring this rig on newegg and building it yourself would cost about $1500.
