FS: AMD Opteron 146 3Ghz+ Tested
I had this cpu for 2 weeks while awaiting my opteron 148 to come in, its pretty much brand new. I have the box, the stock cooler (unused) the instruction manual and the case badge (unopened) I held onto it for a long time planing to build a 2nd computer with it. But lets face it life got in the way and it didnt happen.
Just got married and the wife ordered for me to get rid of my "toys" that I dont use.
It will go 2.8ghz stock voltage
3ghz 1.5v
and 3.2ghz 1.6v~
Its a Socket 939 CABYE (one of the 2 legendary stepings)
I took very good care of it, its just been in its box sitting around and it needs a happy home. I have never sold anything before, but I tossed it on ebay I will give that link as I have uploaded some benchmark screen shots and have more info there.
BTW I have never used ebay eather, I have 9 people watching the cpu but no bids, while sombody else has a Opteron 148 that clocks lower than mine, its older, doesnt have the cooler or badge/manual and they ran it at high voltage and they have 7 bids!!! whats up with that?
Nobody see's this is a better buy? or is it just because I am totally new to ebay and people think its risky?
