Entry level Motherboard,PSU,Case, and HSF!

All four parts are from the same computer. Essentially it's a Dell Dimension desktop that I have sitting around, but I took a few parts from it, so it has only been used for about a month or two. Here are the specs

The same one that came with the motherboard and case.

Dell Dimension Desktop case

Everything works I barely used it 2 weeks ago. I'm thinking about $130 (I hope that's fair, willing to work with you though). I just need some space around here so that's the reason I'm selling this. If you have any questions let me know!

What drives?
memory?

No memory, but you can easily buy some for $40 and put it in yourself, I wasn't planning on offering any drives,BUT I can put in an 8.9 gig HDD if you REALLY need it and and audio cd drive.
