Do not remove a Moderator's edit. As I stated before, No links to auctions or other sites. Post or c&p your FS/FT/WTB content into your post. As it's stated in the Traders Rules
EvilRick I read the rules from top to bottom, and I didn't see anything anywhere about removing a moderators edit. As I'm sure you noticed (you do seem to notice everything that is wrong with anyone's post), I took the link out. Thanks for leaving the bright red text in my post, that's really classy.
douglasb For Sale: CPUs & Motherboards MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Socket 939 motherboard- $75 shipped, or $70 shipped if sold before 5/15/06
Backplate, manuals, accessories, etc. are included. I
think I still have all of them - I know that I definitely have most of them. This board is generally considered
THE king of s939 AGP boards, especially when it comes to overclocking. I'm just making the move to PCI-E (to be exact, the DFI LANParty NF4 UT Ultra-D board, which I hear is the best overclocking board series for s939 PCI-E by a long shot). So this board is awesome, and I would probably keep it if it worked with my new PCI-E video card, but it's an AGP board (nForce3 Ultra chipset). Tonight I make the move to a new case, video card, and motherboard (and another call to Microsoft to "activate" my copy of Windows for the 23rd time or so, literally...gotta love those same questions the Micro$oft phone jockey in New Delhi asks EVERY single time you call....oh well). So this will probably be one of the last things I ever type on this board, and I can guarantee that it is in excellent condition because I am using it right now. Check out the link above for drivers, reviews, and more info, or just do a Google search for "MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum reviews" and you will see that the board gets rave reviews, and is considered by the vast majority to be the absolute best Athlon 64 board with AGP ever. I'd like to sell this by 5/15/06 because I am moving shortly after, so I will offer a $5 discount to anyone interested in purchasing or trading for this board before May 15th.
AMD Socket 7 micro-ATX barebones - PRICE DROP! - $18.50 shipped
I have an AMD K6-2 550 MHz CPU on an [L=ASUS P5S-VM mATX motherboard]http://www.broser.at/asus/p5a/p5s-vm.htm[/L]. The board has onboard AGP video, onboard Creative sound, and onboard 1 MB L2 cache. It will also come loaded with 384 MB of PC133 SDRAM. I also think I might have a heatsink for it around here somewhere, and I believe I have the manual and possibly the driver CD for the board. No dibs on this one, this is first-come, first-serve, so whoever PM's me wanting it gets priority, and whoever pays first gets it. Just add a cheap case and power supply, and you have yourself a decent PC for web surfing, word processing, or the kids, for under $50 total. Item will be packaged securely in a micro-ATX motherboard box with bubble wrap and foam peanuts, and shipped USPS Priority. I also have a hard drive of unkown size (I think it's a little under 1 GB, something like 700 or 800 MB) that I can include for free if it fits in the Flat-Rate box. Items will be double-boxed for safety, so no worries about a hard drive crushing the CPU core or anything with me. If you need some reassurance about my trading (and packaging) practices, check out my Heatware - I think that pretty much says it all. Now, somebody please get this out of my house at once!
Socket 7 & Socket 370 Grab bag - PRICE DROP - $15 shipped - that's $3 shipped per CPU! PLUS a cool freebie!
I have the following CPU's for sale, all as a bundle:
- Intel Celeron 533 MHz (S370)
- Intel Celeron 400 MHz (S370)
- VIA C3 GigaPro 1000+ (S370)
- AMD K6-2 400 MHz (Socket 7)
- AMD K6-2 350 MHz (Socket 7)
All were working when pulled and have been well taken care of, but I don't have the time (or resources) to test any of them again, so I can't promise anything, hence the cheap price. I'd like these guys gone, so I am also offering a freebie with this bundle: your choice of either an AMD 1600+ Palamino core keychain, or a 3.5g (large) tube of Arctic Silver Alumina. This is the one item I won't be doing any drastic price drops on, hence the low price ($3 per CPU, that's almost criminal!) and the freebie. If anyone would like to offer something for trade other than CPU's, RAM, or MP3 players, I'd be willing to listen to offers as well.
MP3 players
[L=512 MB Creative MuVo TX FM MP3 Player / USB thumb drive - PRICE DROP! - $45 shipped]http://us.creative.com/products/product.asp?category=213&subcategory=&product=9771[/L]
This is a cool little MP3 player because you can also pull out the memory and use it like a regular thumb drive, so you can store data and music without interfering with each other. Just pop the thumb drive back in the battery enclosure (runs on 1 AAA battery) and you're good to go. It also has a voice recorder and an FM radio. Comes with clip, earbuds, and arm strap. Blue in color and in great condition. Check out reviews for it on places like CNET, it gets excellent reviews, and the sound quality is incredible!
