I don't think it will. I have that same board, and it won't run 133 FSB, only 100. Virtually every board from that time period had 3.3v AGP, while today's boards use an 1.5v AGP slot, so I really don't know about the PCI card, as it runs on a 33 MHz bus and offers only half the bandwidth of AGP 1x. If anybody out there needs a cheap 3.3v AGP card, I have several ATI Rage128 32 MB cards for dirt cheap, and a Diamond Stealth 32 MB card that runs on either one, 1.5v or 3.3v AGP (it is slotted both ways). I don't need any of these, so they are all available for next to nothing, just PM me with an offer. The only PCI card I have is 2 MB, I believe, which isn't enough to be considered for this post.
